How Are You, Mum? Coffee Morning - 21st September 2026

A unique wellbeing event created for new and new-ish mums, offering a morning of honest support.

After the amazing response to our full How Are You, Mum? day back in July, we wanted to host something a little different for the autumn. We know life gets busier this time of year, so we’ve condensed that same supportive energy into a relaxed, two-hour morning meet-up. This event will feature two of our hosts but our lovely midwife, Assumpta, will be joining us again for future events!

Join us for the How Are You, Mum? Coffee Morning - a space to slow down, connect with other mums, and get practical, expert guidance on feeling like yourself again.

How Are You, Mum? 4th July 2026

A unique wellbeing event created for new and new-ish mums, offering a day dedicated entirely to you.

Join us for a supportive day of connection, learning and self-care designed to help you reconnect with yourself beyond the early postpartum period. Together, we’ll explore the different elements that contribute to feeling like yourself again - your health, your body, your confidence, your identity and your personal style - with practical advice and expert guidance to support you at every stage of motherhood.

As mums, so much of your time is spent caring for everyone else that it can be easy to lose sight of yourself. This event has been created as a safe, supportive space where you can come together to learn, connect, reflect and simply be. A chance to pause, grow, recharge and leave feeling more like you again.

The day is centred around supporting the whole person behind the role of Mum.

Featuring workshops from:

✨ Grainne Walsh, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 16 years' experience

Grainne will explore Pelvic Health, providing practical information and support to help you feel strong and confident in your body

✨ Assumpta Walsh, Midwife & Practice Nurse with over 40 years' experience

Assumpta will share valuable information and answer questions about your health and wellbeing beyond the early postpartum period

✨ Rachel Blanckensee, Inclusive Personal Stylist with over 10 years' experience

Rachel will be sharing practical tools to help you reconnect with your personal style, make getting dressed easier, and build a wardrobe that supports the life you're living now.

Expect learning, laughter and meaningful connection, with time focused on the person at the heart of it all: Mum.
