This Privacy Notice explains how Rachel Blanckensee Styling collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you purchase and complete a Personalised Virtual Style Report.

I want to keep this as clear and straightforward as possible, so you can understand what happens to your information and why.

What information I collect

To create your Personalised Virtual Style Report, I collect:

• Your full name

• Your email address

• Your answers to the Personalised Virtual Style Report questionnaire, including information about your personal style, clothing preferences, lifestyle, shopping habits and relationship with clothes

• A naturally lit selfie, which I use as part of your virtual colour analysis

Please only provide information that is relevant to your Personalised Virtual Style Report. You do not need to provide sensitive personal information about yourself unless it is directly relevant to the service.

How I use your information

I use the information you provide to:

• Create your personalised style analysis and report

• Carry out your virtual colour analysis

• Contact you about your report where necessary

• Deliver your completed report to you

• Keep a record of the service provided

Your information will not be used for marketing purposes or sold to third parties.

Why I use your information

I process your information because it is necessary for me to provide the Personalised Virtual Style Report that you have purchased.

Some information is also processed so that I can communicate with you, manage the service and keep appropriate business records.

Where your information is stored and the services I use

I use a small number of third-party services to collect, store, process and deliver your information:

Google Forms and Google Drive
Your questionnaire responses are collected through Google Forms and stored in Google Drive. I also use Google Drive to store your photograph and working files related to your report.

Email
You send your selfie to me by email, and I use email to communicate with you about your Personalised Virtual Style Report.

Canva
I use Canva to create your personalised report. Information and images may be uploaded to Canva as part of creating your report.

WeTransfer
I use WeTransfer to provide you with your completed report. The report is uploaded to WeTransfer and shared with you via a download link.

These services process information on my behalf as part of providing your report. Some services may process or store data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data protection law.

How long I keep your information

I keep your questionnaire responses, photograph and other working files relating to your Personalised Virtual Style Report for up to 3 months after your report has been delivered.

After this period, I will securely delete the information, unless I have a legal reason to retain it for longer.

How I protect your information

I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Your information is only accessed by me, except where it is processed by the third-party services I use to provide the service.

Your rights

Under data protection law, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, these may include the right to:

• Request access to the personal information I hold about you

• Ask me to correct inaccurate or incomplete information

• Ask me to delete your personal information

• Ask me to restrict how your information is processed

• Object to certain types of processing

• Request a copy of your information in a portable format, where applicable
